Or a 30D or D200 and just bring out cheaper more available software to bring out the true capabilities of thier sensors, then produce higher IQ but cheaper priced laptop screens and good quality ink jet printers - problem solved.

we as a race of people become greedy and un-complacent at what we have, i myself can hold my hands up and say this has happened to me, just by looking back over my old bridge camera pics that i then thought where blxxdy marvelous compared to my old phone pics, then my first 6mp nikon dslrs where miles better again, then my 30d now my D200- will it ever end.....?

HD, Sorry, but i meen a better quality version, whats the point of the best camera equipment if your viewing equipment is just mediocre at best, kinf of defeats the object.

An example of this is a friend of mine his pics where realy noisey and full of grain, we found out it was his laptop monitor that was getting grainy due old age, so it diddnt matter how good his pics where if his screen was gonna let him down.

What is an HD laptop?

You messing? HD - High Deffiniation aka a sony etc, supposed better IQ from a near tv plasma type screen, i belive sony vio laptops are about the best sofar, but higher deffinition screens would be more ideal.

You're falling for marketing. It's pretty bad too.

Really? You need all your cameras for your "paid" work? Naw...

Nope. I use what I need to get the job done. I have used two D4s', D3s, D800/D800E and D600 to shoot paid work. All are reliable work horses.

I'm probably selling soon. I do landscape and canon's sensor is almost embarrassing.

I didn't know that landscape photography was invented just after the Sony Exmor sensor got released... Poor Ansel Adams...

That being said, Canon has been trailing the Sony Exmor sensor for way too long now. It's about time they up their game and release a sensor that crushes the Sony Exmor sensor in every way.

Sure go use a 5d mark II. Way to almost prove a point.

Well, he has a point. For example, lots of Pro Canon photographers have and continue using Canon cameras for landscape photography and everything else.
