Post your best 70-200 2.8L pics and show off what this lens can really do. Portriats are especially of interest to me, especially full body from head to toe shots at 2.8 if possible, thanks.

Why would you want to shoot a picture of someone head to toe? That's a mistake many people make, especially if you hand a camera to a stranger and say "take our picture for us". For a full body shot at 200mm you'd have to be standing a fair distance away.
It's a good lens, if you need that focal length and can afford it, buy it. If not get the Sigma.

Really like the first two by clicky, what post processing was used?
It looks (with my untrained eye!) like some work was done on the eyes in the first one how did you get them looking such a striking blue? I have been trying for a while now to get a dark/moody look like the second photo was it taken late evenin/early night? what effects were used in ps if any!?? Sorry for sounding like such a novice! |
