Photoshop tutorials at www.cginfo.net (external link):

Photo retouching (external link) - main Photoshop tools and concepts explanation (curves, levels,
adjustment layers and so on). Useful techniques - color correction, sharpening, noise reduction, smoothing skin and 'digital makeup'

Color management (external link) - monitor calibration, color management, color spaces, profiles etc. May be useful if you ever asked yourself a question "Why my photos look different in Photoshop and when printed, or in Photoshop and other applications?"

Photo manipulation (external link) - adding various effects to your photos, making collages and so on.

I hope it will be helpful...

I found a site that is called Good Tutorials. It lists and explains them very well and then ports you over to whichever site the tutorial actually sits on.

It has Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, PHP and many more.
