I use the Phottix Odin and three 430EX Speedlights. I mostly live with cheap modifiers like umbrellas because I want portable lights for the most part and I can make the umbrellas work.

I have a couple tripods, the Manfrotto 055XproB tripod with 488RC2 head for home and a Gitzo CF Traveler for well, travel.
