I searched the many threads here on the subject of camera bags, and this model seems very popular. I have a lowepro Mini Trekker but its a very tight fit, heightwise for my 1D Mk2.
Does anyone know if this bag is adequate for this camera? Thanks

Thanks Gary.
EOSAddict: Either warehouseexpress.com or proav.co.uk who seem to be a bit cheaper.

Heres my gear in the Kata R-102, was checking to see if I could fit the 1dMKII in the bag and I don't think it should be a problem. What is the height and width and I could tell you for sure.

I cut a piece of cardboard to 6.1 X 6.2 inches, this is the height and width od the 1DMK2N. Of course the top of the camera is sloped but this will give you an idea. The cardboard is sitting right behind my 20D and you can see the difference in height. The Kata's have a separate access for just getting to the camer.
I think it should fit just fine but you might want to try it to make sure. I hope this helps Dan ![]() ![]()

No problem, I'm stuck at home for another month anyway
BTW....It's an excellent backback and built like a tank but comfortable to wear. Dan Quote:
