This section is like watching paint dry or even worse.
All you Dog and cat lovers, and nothing to say, I feel sorry for your pets.

( Me ) The best pictures that I got of my dogs is with my 85 mm1.8 on a 5 d mk II body.

Bad thing about my dogs is they normally chase off all the wild life before I can photograph the birds and different wild animals.

Any way I am just seeing if anyone out there has a pulse...............

I like your 3rd photo! The dog looks a bit sad though, needs some animals to chase!

Hey, I actually was watching paint dry yesterday.

Painted a shop bathroom with old fashioned oil based semigloss. Hand brushed the flat walls using a china bristle brush in x-strokes. Makes the easiest wall to clean up in extreme situations such as mechanic hand prints all over the wall, but it sure is a hard way to get a good looking paint job.

So, why was I watching paint dry? Oil on a flat wall likes to drip, run, and form "curtains." As you are painting, and for about a half hour afterwards, you have to watch the paint dry to avoid these faults developing in your paint job. So, watching paint dry is way less boring than having to go through the problem of repairing a paint job after it dries.......

P.S. I would rather go out and photograph my cat sleeping than paint something with oil based paint!

Does the TF actually know about the soda cans and PVC pipe from 30 years ago?

This sub forum is deadly dull as far as post activity goes isn't it!

I photograph pets and rescue animals but don't post much in here because of the lack of traffic, it's like a forgotten land.

Anyway...here's a pic or two of my tortoise and my brothers rescued Beagle
