DSLR Challenge 362: Right Place Right Time

Let's those awesome captures you all got just well you were simply in the right place at the right time. I'd prefer to see the unexpected/unplanned shots for example I once captured an epic sunset with my camera in my underwater housing just prior to getting underway for a night wreck dive.

This challenge begins when posted, and will end at 8:00 P.M. Pacific time Thursday January 15, 2015

Winner of this challenge will be announced shortly thereafter.

Standard Rules apply:
1. Camera - Any DSLR Camera
2. Time - any on-topic photo taken at any time is eligible, although photos that have won other competitions should NOT be entered.

9. Have FUN! One challenge every week, on the following schedule: * New Topic - After winner is declared. * Posting Starts - Right after topic is announced. * Posting Ends - 8:00 P.M. This was after an emergency landing in Raleigh-Durham International Airport. Flaps would not fully deploy and front wheel brake was malfunctioning. After 45min of circling the airport and waiting for fire and rescue crews to assemble on ground, we only had a few luggage compartments open without anybody getting injured.

When I looked up and saw this shadow cast on her neck, I thought it was quite fitting.

Well if I was Sir Mix-a-Lot it would be a clear winner:eek:

Mannetti21, that's quite the ordeal sounds like you was almost in the wrong place at the wrong time. That definitely has the winning back story.

M_six probably pulled off on of the greatest right places at the right time capturing one of 3 sun lit shots int eh UK;-)a

The win goes to darkslinger, although it looks staged with all them leaning to the same side and at least two of them with their arms crossed it seems like something that you'd likely never ever see again.

Saw this doe peeking through the trees, and was able to snap a pic.

It was getting dark and my little P&S isn't great in low light:-(
