Thanks buddy. The sky was awful on Sunday. I have to crank up the contrast in post on all my photos. *sigh* :D Haven't gotten to my f-18 and t-bird photos yet. Slowly combing through them.

Yeah I cranked the contrast, clarity, and saturation much more than usual. I only kept 3 F-18 shots. Grey plane + grey sky + rain between us = blech.

I have had that problem also, I really like when they remove my name and add their own website branding.

That's a slam dunk legal case. Time to get paid.

Interesting - so if you can show that its your pic and has had your watermark removed and replaced, you can claim against someone for it?

Yes, I believe that demonstrates willful copyright infringement leaving them little to no defense. Statutory damages are $150k per image. Whether or not you'd collect a dime is another story though.

It depends on where they are. The easiest way is this if they're in the US: Carolyn E Wright's blog (external link)

Some times it gets even ''better'' than this. I have seen people commenting and replying to others, for photos that they have stolen ...

I think that the last part of your comment is the main thing. Are you (we) prepared to start a legal dispute with some website, somewhere .... ?
