Thank you, it's Indian.... Pork Vindaloo is from a region which holds strong Portuguese influences and it is rich with fenugreek, blackpepper and chili along with countless other spices with the richness bashed back with vinegar and tamarind. The potatoes are just lightly boiled potatoes (in the skin first) and then fried in a host of Indian spices :)

wow, you folks are posting some great looking meals. I need to get busy and cook something, and more importantly, cook it early enough that the kids don't gobble it up before i can take a pic.

Mmm I like brisket :D


Made some homemade black beans last week. I usually make 2-3 pounds and freeze a bunch. Plenty of garlic, cumin, onion, and black pepper with some coriander to finish.

Jazzed it up for the kids, rice island, broccoli trees, and sausage sharks with a lemon sunset.
