Yes it is ..I don't recommend using it for most shots, but you can certainly get some really dramatic contrast out of it. Unfortunately that was the only GND I bought with my P, so I need to get a .6.

OK I wasn't sure if it was a typo but based on the way the sky looked I figured it probably was 1.2. Very dramatic and if used well could be amazing. I was out today at a local beach and had beautiful blue skies and wispy clouds and reflection on the water and although the CPL helped with overall color and contrast, I sure could have used at least a .6 if not .9 GND soft.
