I have the black version of tge fotodiox eos adapter and cannot focus to infinity. Trying to focus on a star will reveal this quickly. Does anyone know if this version truly hits infinity ?http://www.amazon.com …1G4QXLY/s=sd/ref=mw_dp_cr (external link)

Are you sure that it's not focusing beyond infinity? This can be a common issue with cheaper adapters. It's also possible for it to not allow you to focus to infinity, but that's less common. I would return the adapter (if not too late) and try another.

I figured it out, the 135mm gets close and the others focus to infinity. I could shave about 1mm off the adapter for the 135mm and be fine.
