I always try to avoid shooting burgers top down for this reason, you cant really see the burger. Would have been better straight on.

I kind of echo what everyone else has said here but also, why did you need f11 for the shots? Pretty sure you didn't need that much DOF and diffraction will be affecting the quality

To answer your original question, shot 2 looks best to me :)
