Sony needs a pro body. That was one of my complaints with the A7RII - IMHO. It just felt, well, fragile. Hopefully the A7RIII or A9R (whatever they'll name it) is a more robust camera. Needs dual SD slots too.

Needs a QXD and an SD slot IMO, alot af data to shift if they make them faster bodies (one complaint I do have with the 5Dmk4 is the 21 shot RAW buffer, could have been so much better with CFast).

Purposely excluded to keep from competing with the 1dx

Oh, I know why it is not included, still do not like it though. But even with CFast cards Canon could limit the data flow, and 30MP files will not be as bufferless as the 1DX files. Thing is, as with QXD, if they only make such technology available in 1 or 2 bodies, who will buy it? If Sony want to make a move on the memory card market they need to start using QXD in their cameras (they make QXD cards so it is in their interest surely?)... likewise for makers of CFast, need to push for camera makers to use the latest and greatest.

Will sell buy the million ;)

The pictures in this thread are simply amazing. Although they make me realize I'll never be a pro photographer like I want to be. Just wow at some of these shots.

You are wrong. A7rii is certainly a pro body and solidly made. It may not be the toughest camera in the world but it is a very well made camera. You were probably decieved because of its relatively light weight.

I'm clearly late to the party on getting this lens. Some fantastic photos being posted here. I love basically everything about this lens and it's on my list. Hoping to get it within a few weeks here.
