Blue Jays are very rare around here. I was surprised the other day to see one through my front window. There were actually 2 Blue Jays there and they had a Steller's Jay with them. They return here everyday so far. Hopefully I'll get a pic of all 3 together. This is the best I got so far through my living room window.

One of my top five fav's Mel... each morning I have 8 to 14 sitting in the tree's calling for me to put the peanuts out. One every year becomes brave enough to be quite close at times.

the fellow that keeps me awake all summer hooting it up in the back yard outside my window came for a visit tonight before dark. hoping he comes back in good light.
