I have been so impressed with this camera. It is so much fun to use and the picture quality is wonderful.

I've been tossing around the idea of picking up one of these just for the 2000mm capability.


Not sure why, but call me JJ.
I used to hate math but then I realised decimals have a point.

So far I've not figured out how to capture "sport" or dynamic moving objects. It seems that when you top the shutter speed (say in Manual mode) out at 1/4000, the captured image is almost to dark to see anything, even when ISO is in Auto. If you max the ISO at 6400, it still doesn't help much and is very grainy. Have you figured this out yet Nubber?

How does it compare to an interchangeable lens camera? Yes, it has a massive zoom, but it also has a small sensor.
