Let's start a list of the best automotive museums.
Best can mean different things to different people. Maybe it's the uniqueness and rarity of the vehicles on display.
Or a collection of every day drivers that take us back to our youth. It could be the museum itself - the quality of
displays and lighting, and the manner in which the vehicles are rotated into and out of the collection.
Ok, best can be hard to define. But which automotive museums would you recommend to visit?
Museums that you found interesting and fascinating. Museums worthy of a bucket list.
Well, here's mine. In Los Angeles the granddaddy of them all would be the Petersen Automotive Museum.
I visited once, and it's worth going again and again.
Another high on the list would be the Mullin Automotive Museum.
Although not in LA, I found this museum while surfing flickr, and it looks fascinating...
AACA Museum in Hershey, Pennsylvania
