Surprised there isn't a section for his brand already seeing as how good they are. I'm also surprised how quiet this section is seeing as mobiles are by far the most popular method of capturing photo's??

They'll never replace my DSLR, but, for on the spot handyness for family stuff and instant editing, very cool...........

Playing around with my new Sony flagship phone the XZ, taken at night so the quality isn't great, through instagram too, but the amazing thing, is that this was pitch black, so for the phone to capture anything at all with it's little flash, let alone at distance ( I was standing in the road ) is gob smacking!

A couple of the last gen Xperia phones have dropped significantly in price, and I was wondering what the tipping point is on pulling the trigger?

Right now the Xperia XA Ultra 16GB can be had for $190ish refurbished and the X Performance I found in excellent used condition from B&H for $299.

Yes, I know two very different phones but I am really considering both coming from an iPhone 6+. I've had iPhones since coming over from Blackberry in 2011.

Thanks for any imput you can offer.

Not a super-challenging shot here, but the Xperia XA Ultra does a nice job with images for a non-premium phone. This picture is SOOC (well, SOOP).

The Sony Xperia XA Ultra is still going strong. Pretty fantastic camera in this phone I picked up for under $200 new!
