I change heads frequently I really liked the quick release option on the leveling base. It was an added expense that will pay big dividends in ease of use for me over the years. On the ball head I went with the BH-55 Pro II screw knob clamp

Monopod: Sirui P-326 with Sunwayfoto DT-01 monopod head and DDH-02 panning clamp

Gitzo 2531 with RRS BH-40 - love both of these!


I've been using the Sunwayfoto XB-44 lately - very awesome, too...
