I'm trying to use SnapFish to print out a wedding book.

When I used max resolution, high DPI, the pics looked a bit fuzzy.

So, SnapFish recommended 1233x1639 - 1024x1280 with 350 DPI. So, in LR, I did an export of "long side" of 1639 with DPI 350.

The pics still don't look as sharp as the original in the "book" online.

Any suggestions as to the best LR export settings that work best with SnapFish?

I don't use Snapfish, but I would not be surprised if the software they use for generating the on screen preview of the book recompresses the JPEG files, or otherwise messes with the quality of the image to reduce the amount of data that needs to be continually transferred over the net. If you exported the images from LR at the resolution that Snapfish specify, and have applied the level of sharpening you would usually use when printing on a similar type of paper I don't think there is very much more you can do.

Even if the Snapfish software has a proofing option, it can only give an indication of what you will actually get if you have them print the book. So much depends on the actual printing process, and unless they can print and send you a single page from the book, the only way you have of really knowing what the book will end up like is to actually order one.
