Was in France last week, near Paris, for work. I did manage to get out for a walk.
The processing style is intentional.

Never been to Kenneth Hahn. Good views of downtown, I presume?

Yes, very. Never got to score a proper sunrise, and considering daylight savings, I have to go before the change. They open at 6am

I think it's the first Sunday in November for us. So I have a week to get a clear shot, have no idea how it'll turn out, hoping for the best ;-)a

Here's an interesting video on removing unwanted shadows from your background quickly and easily. I tried the technique out on one of my vodka bottle shots that I was unhappy with and it worked great.

The video goes on to show how to correct for any strands of hair that needs to be restored to original and then how to color blend. I didn't have a need for that so I didn't try those techniques.

Here's the before/after comparison of my test shot and the video.

And I had to add my improved sig for Flickr. ;-)a

thanks for sharing Gene. It's handy when i don't get a perfect white on my background.

Thanks Travis! I had so much pleasure on that road right after a long rain.

Happy face here. I just booked a $2500 wedding. Not bad to help pay off the R3.
