Posing

Got a model that's willing to do trade on topless shots, but I won't be working with her for a couple months or so; I have too many shoots lined up.

I assume the best poses (I want beauty, not sensual) are different than for fully clothed individuals? What should I study, are there any books or videos you can direct me to?

Wish I could be more help, the only time I have the model go topless is for sensual or for fine art style. Not so much for beauty, where I tend to focus on the face and eyes more.

Well, got 3 models now... And at least 2 are willing to shoot indoors, so it won't be months out.

I'm still hoping someone can give me a resource on posing.

I might have used "sensual" and "beauty" wrong.

By beauty, I mean emphasizing her attractiveness without focusing on sex (i.e. panty tease, fondling breasts).

Digital Photography School has some posing guides. There are guides for men, women and glamour. I printed a set on card stock and laminated them. They are very helpful, especially with inexperienced models, because you can just show them the pose. I keep a set in my photo bag all the time now. Some of my photographer friends laugh at me sometimes about them, but many models have commented on how helpful they were and what a good idea it was. They work for me.
