Those are very nice ! How did you get color in your images , was there any kind of overcast ?

I have relatives all along the route of totality, Oregon, Wyoming, Kentucky and South Carolina, unfortunately I couldn't travel so it is nice to see some great shots like these.

Thank you very much! I drove to Hopkinsville, KY, it took me about 7 hours to get there and about 12 to get back (due to traffic). We had a great view, a few cumulus clouds showed up in distance but luckily we had an incredible show and I am sure I will remember this experience for my entire lifetime.

These shots were taken with no filter, I increased the saturation to make these look like they were taken closer to sunrise - please don't tell anyone :).

I abandoned the interstate for this reason. Took mostly backroads through Illinois.
