Wow! How on earth did you manage to get those with a 16-35 without the foxes taking off?

I had been using my 70-200 with an extender but the foxes were getting closer and closer as they got used to me. This was the first time trying with the 16-35.....I wanted to get more than one in a shot with the wider angle lens. Still, you're right, I did have to crop these a bit. They're a fun bunch.

Wow! The only time I see foxes by me is in the middle of the night. What a great opportunity!

It sure is a great opportunity- this family is very active during the day but more so early mornings and early evenings. These were taken between 6 and 7 pm.

Lol yea they are pretty entertaining Eric. Their mom was just sitting back a hundred feet, watching. I think she's looking forward to them leaving. All but the one who will stay and take over the den to be next year's Mom.

Thank you. They come very close to me when they play. I sit on the ground and they have learned that I'm no threat.
