Sigma has announced a "chargeable" service for installing the Rear Filter Holder FHR-11 on the SIGMA 14mm F1.8 DG HSM Art, Canon mount.
From September onwards, the dedicated service staff for Sigma products will be able to install the Rear Filter Holder FHR-11 on SIGMA 14mm F1.8 DG HSM Art. Some press indicates you can supposedly buy a kit and DIY but it comes with all kinds of precautions.

See https://www.sigma-global.com/en/news/2017/09/08/1438/ (external link) for the details.
