LightBlaster monolight adapter

Hello :)
Do anyone have any sugestions on how to be able to use the LightBlaster monolight adapter effective?
For me it seems that too much light gets spilled and it is making the projection very dim, even with a 400W/s flash.


Nikon D800, Tamron 24-70, Tamron 70-200, Nikon 85mm
