well, it's been a productive summer holiday in a number of ways. Got a few things done around the place that had been outstanding for a while. One of them was to finally put my HEQ5 PRO GOTO telescope mount to use ... it's only taken one and a half years ;)
Below a couple of images of the mount with the Lunt LS60 THA solar scope mounted to it

hahaha .... dunno, may be pushing the envelope :lol: ;-)a

Thanks for the compliments, still just doing single frame shots
The mount is just sitting in the driveway and isn't accurately polar aligned
I live in rental accommodation so it is likely to never be permanently fixed or aligned
There is a little bit of drift but easily corrected with the hand controller

BUT it's so much better than the camera tripod for adj. tracking and the image doesn't bounce all over the place when focussing :-)
