Default Assistant

If you're a Wedding photographer, assistants submit their resumes/work.
What do they usually write there?

Do they mention their eqipment?
Cheers

Same as if I was trying to secure work in any other industry.

Prepare a resume which details qualifications, skills and experience. Include a portfolio of your work and I suggest a gear list would be an important factor for most photographers when considering an assistant.

I have been applying for full time work in the photographic industry, i have my resume' and a CD full of my best work for them to look at! A portfolio would be good for an interview though!

Del try using a DVD slide show and every 5 images or so throw in your logo, even if it is just a whit screen with your name on it. It will burn the image that they saw to your name. On the first and last image make sure to put your name and phone number. good luck
