Needless to say... just after I tripped the shutter... "Elvis left the building". He/She wasn't too happy about me hanging in his/her hood...

Neat capture- would have been better if the head had been in focus as well as the nest cells.

I agree... except the head is blurred because that was the first thing that moved as it left the nest. If I had tripped the shutter in the next second all you would have seen was blurred grass or sky as I was running for my life
I went back a little later when it calmed down and I took this one. The intent of the first one was to tell a story ![]()

Thanks. I guess that I should mention that most of my shots are 1600 x 1600 (or there abouts) crops of the original.
This guy was just around the corner. He wasn't in any mood to have his photo taken either so I only took one (and ran away ![]()
