Its got lines and good contrast -early in the day shadows maybe- but a streetscene could do with a perosn or even a dog to pull us into the scene more. Using a tripod, set up the timer release, put on a pair of sunglasses and stand by the ticket booth or somewhere.

I agree with Carzee. This type of shot needs people maybe standing in line for the movie or leaning up against the wall.
