Where does a starving Photog get a logo for his company without costing a am\rm and a leg? I want a simple logo to put on a website and business cards so I can start selling photos and am not very artistic. any help will be greatly apreciated.

What secrets??

I've been using photoshop since version...4 I think it was. I've done some graphic design courses in college, but it's not my main thing. I can put some things together though

Depends on the complexity and time required. Probably about $50.

Yup, it exists :P

I started out using it for web page graphics and got into custom made wallpapers, dabbled with texturing a bit when I was using Bryce 3D. I didn't start using it for photo editing until Photoshop 7.

I still have one of the old Bryce3D rendered wallpapers I made back in like 10th grade:

I started to try and make wallpapers from scratch in photoshop, kinda like stuff you can see at endeffect (Sample: http://www.endeffect.com/gallery/ima...d_1024x768.jpg) But I never did stick with it long enough to get really good at it. I started to spend more time with photography and enjoy that more.

So between all of that and the graphics design courses I took, I ended up decent at doing logos and such. Wouldn't call myself a professional graphics artist or anything but hey.

Byrce i loved that! byrce 3d and poser! loved them to death, was actually really good, once my XPS 600 arrives going to redo alot of my older pics in higher resolution and hopefully get my graphics talent back, bck when i had my PIII 533 system it would take upwards of 2 days to render some of the pics i made... ahhhh.memories.,

i wish i had of taken course whil my mind was young, would of absorbed alot - i dont think i could ever do photoshop wallpapers, you got a level of creativity alot lack!
