I got this lens last week so my first trip was to the common.
![]() Some processing (curve, resize, a little USM), was hand held at 1/800th, f/2.8. Will take a little getting used to gripping something wider than I am used to, but very impressed with the performance. Michael.

I bought this lens several days ago and did the first "real world "test on my godchild's birthday party this past weekend... Absolutely crisp pictures... The weight didn't bother me at all... I had it on the camera about 95% of the time... Check out the clarity...

I love this lens. I shoot at SeaWorld of Florida about twice a month and it is perfect for the stadium day or night. The Humming Bird was at Butterfly World in Fort Lauderdale. I look forward to another attempt with them. I want to make a few adjustments.

I was thrilled with this image when I printed it. I did a 16 x 20 print and it turned out great. It helps that the subject is 22 feet in length and weighs 12,000 pounds. I can tell when this lens comes off the camera. It is worth every penny.
