A shot of one of Montreal's mansions from the early part of the century.
A whole street (Overdale ) was leveled for a parking lot and this is the only remaing one. ![]() A shot of one of the windows in need of a coat of paint. ![]()

Will see what I can do Keiffer, not sure that it would be anything spectacular as there is not much light around it.
Pic is direct from camera, will try and straighten it. Thanks for the comment . Wayne

Thanks James, it is on Overdale, go south on Lucien Lallier, first street on right, you can't miss it.
Alex, I'm working on getting it level, will post it later. Nothing wrong with the Rebel, had it about a year now and really love it, and have had some great pictures with it. Has all the features I need for now and fit in the budget (well it was a birthday gift) so I'm now saving for some good glass. Looking forward to some of your posts, us Rebels have to stick to gether. Wayne

im not a fan of the trunk of the car in the first one...kinda kills the shot, that and its tilted badly. Otherwise I think this image has real potential. sky and building are interesting, and exposure is good.

Thanks for the comments, I will take a shot at removing the trunk of the car, and getting it straight and re-post it.
Mattiesco, it looks like people have been inside, a lok of the writing on the windows is on the inside. I found a basement window where the bricks had been removed and a small agile person could have gotten in. You're right it would be interesting to see the inside but by the looks of things I think that all you would see is vandalism. Wayne
