Default Over exposed?

The sun was shining everwhere except where the bird was as the tree provided some shade. I did try PSing a little -- but I'm afraid it might be a little overexposed. What do you think? Does this look over exposed to you?

I think the overall image was exposed fine except the subject was underexposed.
The colors look a little too saturated on my screen though. Could be my monitor.

Exposure looks good on my monitor. It does appear that the FG is over saturated. Also the FG seems to be in sharper focus than the subject. However nice shot as is.

Looks okay. You might try playing with the Shadow/Highlight slider a bit, but I think it works as is.
