you really need to give more details

I was not at all impressed with shutterfly. I'd used mpix.com if you had to do an online lab

Try www.clickimage.com , it's what I am using. They have no monthly fees, take care of all the printing, ordering and delivery, and they deposit the money on a daily basis if you want direct deposit.
All they keep is 13% of the profit, 10% is theirs and 3% is the merchant cost for CCard processing. I have only had my account for a few weeks, but I am very happy so far. It does not cost a thing to register and make a few galleries. Give it a try. There is also no limit to the amount of images you have.
Usually I keep about 90-100 shots from each little league game in my area, and the parents love the stuff. They choose photo size, and they can crop using the simplest and easiest tools, if they wanted to.
Check it out, I think it will solve your problems (just go with the complete solution, where all you do is upload, and they take care of the rest).
Good Luck,

I just started my business this year and am going with www.printroom.com.

I like that fact that you only upload thumbnails, then if an order is made, the larger files are uploaded.

Also has "no right click" security and other cool features.
You don't want folks downloading and doing their own printing.

Also, do you have a website and do you offer custom products, ie posters?
