It looks like a very good night shot but hard to tell due to size.You can post images up to 800 px in the longest direction, so my suggestion is to resize it and replace this image with your new one. It does appear to be tilted to the left, a little straightening before reposting will also help.

Nice shot with the A540. The 6 sec. exposure will add grain and so does the lack of contrast. Well done for a night time motion shot.
