My Finn Comfort shoes came with inserts that are supposed to massage various parts of the body, such as lungs, knees, hips,... I only tried them one time, so I don't know if they really do anything. That diagram looks like it could double as a town map.

Never tried sex pill, so no direct comparison there.
Regarding foot massage, it's addictive. After my first 50 mins foot massage, I felt refreshed and relaxed. The calfs and feet felt energized. I do foot massage on a weekly basis now. The fundamentals of reflexology suggest that by applying pressure on specific parts of the feet or the hand will benefit corresponding parts of the body (kidney, liver, heart, intestines, etc.). |
