WOW! thanks so much for all of the awesome feedback. I'm happy to already have recieved such a warm welcome.

Raindancer - On number three there was almost no post processing at all. I pushed contrast a tiny bit and dropped the saturation to zero. After resizing I applied an unsharp mask and posted. She's just a very photogenic child.

Mathiau - Number four did have a lot of post but I didn't PS the background in. I was in Venice beach standing face to face with a chaotic backdrop of waves armed only with a 10mm lens. I ran up and waited for the opportunity. At 10mm, I had to be way up in the waves kool aid. I was literally just a few feet away from that beast. It was sort of like, *click* "AHHHHHHHHH!"

Keiffer - Many thank yous to you! I do a number of different types of photos and try to stay as diverse as possible.

And a million thanks to everyone else that replied. I will post some more photos later and continue to view all of the talented works around here.
