Why some people insist on headlights during the day i'll never know. Perhaps it's a Volvo in disguise....Actually it's a Spice SE90C, driven by Mike Wilds.
![]() A Spice SE88C without lights, thus helping the assorted photographers camped on the Luffield terrace. It was something of a POTN mini-invasion ![]() If only the Royal Mail were as quick as this car... ![]() And now on to the James Hunt Trophy for F1 Cars with GP Masters.. Possibly one of the most recognisable F1 cars ever, the JPS Lotus 77. This particular car is driven by Chris Locke & carries the name of Mario Andretti. Sadly it didn't finish the race. ![]() If only they sponsored a current F1 team. Imagine the Grid Girls ![]() Ok, so i just had to post this one next ![]() The 2nd place car. A Brabham BT42 driven by Manfredo Rossi ![]() One of F1's greatest non-starters, the Amon F101. This car retired from the 1974 Spanish GP, then failed to start the next 3 races. The team then ran out of money and gave up. Rather appropriately, it failed to finish this race too, although it did take 11th place in race 2. ![]() Apologies for the repetetive angles. Those of you familiar with Silverstone will understand i think

NIce shots, I'm hoping to get down to Silverstone next weekend for the Masters Series which should be pretty good.
Did you have any problems with your exposures due to cars having their headlights on or is it not such an issue in daylight? |

You can get around the head lights causing problems with exposure by shooting in manual as opposed to tv/av

in some cases you can get around Volvoesque habits with that, not always though.
