I'm not sure how much to charge for team & individual prints. I will be making the following sizes available:

8 wallets
5x7
8x10
16x20
20x24

Thanks,
Clark

Are you having the kids fill out an order form to give you before taking the pics? If so I suggest packages. I have an envelope with packages and prints/items pre-printed on the envelpe itself and they just check items and put a check inside. Business envelopes work best and you can print them off right at home instead of having another company do it.

Sports Magazine Package $30
1 - 8x10 Sports Magazine Cover
8 - wallets - Individual Photo
1 - 8x10 - Individual Photo
4 - 4x6 - Individual Photo
1 - 5x7 - Team Photo

Trading Card Package $24
9 - Upper Deck Trading Cards
4 - 4x6 - Individual Photo
1 - 5x7 - Team Photo

Value Package $12
8 - wallets - Individual Photo
2 - 5x7 - Individual Photo
1 - 5x7 - Team Photo

Best Value Package $18
2 - 5x7 - Individual Photo
8 - wallets - Individual Photo
4 - 4x6 - Individual Photo
1 - 5x7 - Team Photo

Jumbo Package $22
1 - 8x10 - Individual Photo
2 - 5x7 - Individual Photo
8 - wallets - Individual Photo
1 - 8x10 - Team Photo

Then also have....

Team Pictures
5x7 (set of 2) - $7
8x10 - $7
11x14 - $14

Individual Pictures
4x6 (set of 4) - $7
5x7 (set of 2) - $7
8x10 - $7
11x14 - $14
16x20 - $26
Wallets (set of 8) - $7
3" Photo Button - $6
Photo Key Chain - $6
Photo Magnet - $6
Trading Cards (set of 9) - $18
Magazine Cover (8x10) - $12
Puzzle - $18
Mouse Pad - $12

Compared to other companies these prices are a bit cheaper but basically I took the company I replaced, offer a lot of the same packages and then lowered prices a bit on packages and prints but the items are actually more expensive (the quality blows the old company away though, they used cheap items - I dont  )

Wow !!! You really hit me hard with exactly the info that I need. Yes, I will be making my own Order Forms/Broshures and the kids will bring them along with payment on photo day.

I still have no idea how to go about getting all of the prints processed. Please suggest a good lab. Do you do this type of thing?

Thanks so much,
Clark

P.S. Nice website.

There's a lot of photo labs that you can use online. I do it all through Exposure Manager and put some links below. For action shots I put them on the website and parents order through that (or mail a check and I order it for them - paying by check is one thing that company is going to implement & hopefully soon). For portraits where they bring the money with them I print them through Exposure Manager, have them shipped to me - repackage them (photos in clear sleeves from bagsunlimited.com then in white self-seal cardboard mailers that have a mailing label on them). If I can I drive down to the field and give them out to the parents I do, or mail them out depending on if the season is still going. I'd suggest trying to get them done early in the season to save hundreds on postage. Last time I did it I would have made $200-300 more saving on postage!

A lot of people use a lot of different labs online (Shutterfly, EZPrints, etc) but I think Exposure Manager is the best for numerous reasons...

- 15 day free trial.
- It's cheap, $80.00 a year I think.
- Unlimited storage.
- 10% commision of all orders (most places are 15-20%) *** You can order your own prints at cost, no commision on those of course.
- You set your own prices.
- Print quality is by far better than other companies I've used.
- The pages are costomizable.
- The support is amazing and they have a yahoo group that you can talk with other users about things.
- They offer pretty much everything from prints to key chains, shirts, etc.
