Thanks everyone!
I called Buydig today to see if the free shipping will get it here in time to send in the rebate. Really nice guy named Ray said don't worry it will be there before next weekend, maybe even earlier. Can't wait, hoping to replace my kit and maybe even my 50 1.8 with it. I know I'm going to get spoiled moving up to what I'm anticipating is a much better lens than I'm used to.
