Default Flower spectacle

Sorry about the title-
Shots of refraction of water drops on a spectacle lens with a flower placed underneath.
Like the directional effect in the refracted images
Thanks to Athena for giving me the idea

Very nice artsy images Brian, you have a very good eye not only for bugs but for this type of shot as well. I wish I could be half as creative

really nice brian, but i must ask, what would it have looked like with a flower that had a smaller center? In your other post you could see the flower really well, and in these the center of the flower takes up most of the refraction. But then i guess, you lose that beautiful black bacdground. Just a thought, and they do look awsome. No2 is my favourite.

I don't know...I'm a little distracted by the shots...maybe because the drop pattern in each is too busy or that there's two layers going on in each that feel separable-->1)the background and 2)the drops. or that the flower is not entirely discernable in each drop...I like the gold color of the drops in #2 and overall it's pretty cool.

You could probably do a similar shot on a car windscreen with someone sitting in the car

Thanks Tina,

Good idea- will try it.
I actually chose this one on purpose because I was trying to get them to look like eyes.
