Unhappy polarizing filter + lens hood - how do you turn your polarizing filter with the hood?

i have a sigma 10-20mm and i always shoot with the polarizing filter on.
i have recently also been shooting with the lens hood on as well but now i cant twist the polarizing filter around because of the lens hood.

Is there any way around this? or do you have the adjust the polarizing filter then put the lens hood on?? seems abit crappy!

if anyone could help that would be great

Well you could leave the hood off or you could leave the CP off. Otherwise, you are stuck. If I use a CP, which I don't much because not usually necessary, I just leave the hood off. You are losing light using a CP. Dunno why you want to use it all the time.

Practically, that is usually the case but it depends on the lens. I can use it on my 17-40mm and used one on my ex 12-24mm Tokina, but the hoods make access easy with those two. It might be worth shooting with it on and then off and see where it makes a difference. After all, if you not getting much difference, or a difference that makes a difference, most of the time then you are losing light for no good reason.
