Default pretty cool markings on this dragonfly

got this shot today on my hike. I don't recall markings like that on their wings.

Great shot! What lens was used? Your EXIF mentions it at 57mm.

Nice shot Cryto. Looks like a Black-Saddlebag. They are normally quite shy, and harder to approach than Red-Saddlebag.

Thanks for the comments. I was using the 24-70. It was a cold morning so he didn't seem to want to fly
