Default 6 Month Portrait

My SIL asked me to take my nieces 6 month portraits last weekend, here's two of them...we took several different "sets", each set had different props, this was one of the simpler ones and I really like the simplicity of it.

Taken with my new 50mm and I must say I think its a nice lens for closeups, so nice and crisp compared to the kit lens. My continuous lights and backdrop was used and the pearls just to keep her entertain in one spot since she's figured out how to lay down and army crawl out of there. ;o)

The only PPing I did was fix the white balance since I use the continous lights and add a little contrast to make the pictures pop.

Pictures removed: If you wish to see them, please PM me for a link.

TSEE, what a cutie! The DOF on the first seems to be a bit shallow but it's still absolutely adorable!

Noticed your location is WV... me 2! Parkersburg to be exact

No copies, my SIL gets a CD. I'm SO tired of taking orders for the family, I spend HOURS uploading and making sure the order is right when I do it for them. UGH...easier to just give a CD and tell her to have at it. ;o)

Thanks. =o)
Yeah the first one the DOF is a bit shallow, need to work on that, I still like it tho.
Yup, WV - Teays Valley area if you know where that is, between Huntington and Charleston.

Cheers,
=o) Thanks. I like the second one too...wish she had been looking at the camera or at least hinted at a smile.
