Can't report posts

This is the vBulletin message I get after attempting to report a post:

I tested it with normal member account and for me it worked correctly. Perhaps you were trying to access a moved post (the post moved while you were typing the report).

Yes, that's what happens if you report a post *just* when a mod moved it. These guys are fast.
