Crop it closer, you don't need to see the entire bike. It needs less depth of field to throw the busy background more out of focus. The pole growing out of his shoulder must go. The red car is intrusive. With the face shield hiding his face and the wide view taking in the whole bike my eye wanders around the image looking for something to focus on. How's that?

That said, as a motorcyclist I always like looking at good shots of them. If its basically a "bike shot" then there's lots of potential to do something creative - a low-angle shot with a wide angle lens, interesting reflections in the face shield, an action shot from ground level with the bike wizzing by inches away ... give 'em all a try (I shouldn't need to issue a warning about the dangers of lying in the road and having him ride by on a ground level shot ... right? Use a remote). If its intended to be a portrait of the person, take the helmet off and show his face, and crop in closer. Keep shooting, you'll get it. If this is a friend, work with him, keep trying new things, you'll both have fun getting that killer shot.

Image isn't visible for me... though it appears to have been for others. Was it removed from the hosting server or something?
