Default s110 How to extend recording time! THANKS!

i have a big flash card and i want to record for more thant 30s is there a way to do it?

Vdozer, it isn't possible to extend the record time. The bottle neck is not the flash card. From what I can tell, the camera will buffer just over 8 mb of video and that is the limit. The largest file I've seen out of the camera is just over 8 mb. As I understand it, the camera does not stream video directly to the CF card. The CF card isn't nearly fast enough.

i cant never get it to even8megs... how many seconds was that? the max i have gotten is 30 secs... i wish there was a bit more time on it. thanks!

8 meg would still be 30 seconds of video, but it'd have a stack of detail/movement... 30 seconds is the limitation put on by the firmware/design of the camera...

o i c what u r saying... in that case is there a way to make sure it maxs to 30 secs each time? mine sometimes does 12 or 20 or 30 sec... i just want tomake sure it goes all the way to 30sec... i hvae a 64 meg card or is it too small which is preventing it? thanks!
