Hockey Bodycheck

I caught this check at a local hockey game. I find it amazing that player was fine and skated away after this. I shot it with a 20D and a 75-300 lens. I did crop and sharpen a little.

cool shot...

yeah ive seen much worse tho... like a kid on my team full speed tried checking a kid by his bench... the kid stuck out his knee and tripped my teamate, causing him to face plant into there bench...

he slowly skated back on the ice to the bench, we got a powerplay and he was out two shifts later :P

keep up with the hockey shots... its one of the harder sports to shoot, but i find it the most fun to shoot as well

I'd like to see it larger as well, the funny part of the picture is the guy on the bench.
