Default Retouching!!

Hi I have been using Photoshop for over 10 years now someone posted this Video http://www.campaignforrealbeauty.com/ in a Different Tread and the software used at te end of this Video does not seem to be Photoshop

What software is this person using I really want to know how to pull this off! It seems to be like something like Kai's power tool or something like that? And if this is photoshop what filter, plug in or tool is he using in photo Shop that can Distort that way. Thanks

What so funny to me about this is me a lowly amateur photographer has work with models who natural skin, yes with a bit of model applied make-up, looks better then the end results of all that work.

So myself I'm a bit confused by the whole thing is it saying that no actual women could look that good or is it telling women to be happy with what they have?

From what I took of it, they're saying that female beauty goals are manufactured and unrealistic due to the manipulation of popular media & advertising.

Not sure about the software..you should try to google it. The girl in the video is a good friend of mines cousin though. The point was that so many girls are being "photoshopped" that natural beauty is no longer visioned as real beauty. they can take ANYONE off the streets and turn them into pure beauty...Isnt photoshop amazing lol

In the thread from G&N the mention of either GIMP or possibly just some made up GUI (so they wouldn't have to pay Adobe) was believed to be true.
