Default Posing Question....Need Some Ideas

A friend asked me to shoot a portrait of her husband and three boys (all adults). The husband and the oldest boy are very large frame and on the heavy side while the two younger sons are smaller frame.

Looking for some ideas on how to pose them and would appreciate hearing from those who may have encountered something similar.

Thanks in Advance
Frank Lauri
